Qualifications
PhD in Sociology (University of Washington, USA)
MA in Chinese Philosophy (New Asia Institute of Advanced Chinese Studies, Hong Kong)
Dr. Chung is an economic and political sociologist by training. He has taught in the US and in Singapore for almost twenty years before moving back to Hong Kong a few years ago. His core research interest is institutional changes, with new research and teaching focus on social innovation and social entrepreneurship in recent years.
